Timothy J. Ginocchetti’s preliminary court hearings will take place today at 4 p.m. in Manlius Town Court. He was charged with second-degree murder for allegedly stabbing his mother to death on Aug. 23, police said.
Ginocchetti is also set to appear in court Thursday.
