Syracuse to kick off at 3:30 p.m. against Boston College in finale

Syracuse will close its regular season with a 3:30 p.m. start against Boston College in the Carrier Dome on Nov. 30. The game will be televised on Atlantic Coast Conference regional sports networks.

The meeting will be the 47th all-time between the two former Big East rivals. The Orange leads the all-time series 28-18, but the Eagles won the last meeting in 2010.

BC qualified for a bowl game with its 38-21 win over North Carolina State on Saturday. SU remains one win away after its 59-3 loss to No. 2 Florida State, but will have a chance to become eligible before its regular-season finale when it faces Pittsburgh on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. Both teams are currently 5-5, which means the winner becomes the ninth ACC team to be bowl eligible.

The announcement of this game time, which will be played during the second weekend of Thanksgiving break and two days before students return to class, means that Syracuse’s regular-season schedule is now finalized.
